Enrolled in the Register of the Professionals of the districts of Milan and Varese in administration and equal opportunity policies expert.
Studied in depth issues concerning social inclusion.
During her precidency in Irene Association, managed projects in the following sectors: human rights and social inclusion, equal opportunities and parity democracy, co-operation to the accession process to European Union, access to knowledge society. Certified Irene and accredited the Association to the consultative status of UN ECOSOC.
Founder and member of the board of Aretusa, international Association focused on the promotion of gender equality and antidiscrimination policies, works in particular to prevent and contrast trafficking of women for sexual exploitation in 15 European Countries.
In 1988 founded, leaded and still coordinates Incontro Association for the social inclusion of people with disabilities.
