Graduated in Work and Organizational Psychology - University of Cagliari, achieved the title of PhD in Psychology of Organizations: processes of differentiation and integration- University in Verona.
Since 2003 enrolled in the Order of Psychologists of Sardinia.
Master degreeded in European Projecting and specialized in European social inclusion policies in Milano.
Collaborates to different research projects, with public and private firms, related to training, orientation, human resources management, the acquisition/development of competences in the working contexts, as well as on thematic related to equal opportunities and destruction of barriers that prevent equal access and maintenance conditions for workers with disadvantages in working contests.
Author of numerous publications related to mentoring and training subjects, as well as to psychological constructs in the sphere of well-being in the working organizations.
